Spring has sprung, the storms have passed and we're celebrating Easter in the Valley of the Stars with a special get-away weekend of relaxing meals and wine tastings in eco-luxury!

Certified sommelier Joanna Hutchins (DipWSET) pairs up with our own chef Ana to bring a fabulous menu of tastes and flavours to the table. Through wines from across Portugal, she introduces the art of wine pairing through the idea of "What Grows Together Goes Together."
 
With a few extra surprises along the way, it's a great way to break out into the open, blow out some of the cobwebs on the coastal paths and beaches on this last truly wild coast, and feel the weight of winter lifting among the fields of Spring flowers and under the starry skies of coastal Alentejo.
